When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

  • Products in stock will be shipped within 7 working days. (Most shipped within Australia will be received within 7 working days.)
  • Products on back order will be shipped within 30 working days.

If any item ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 2 working days.  If for any reason we are unable to ship within this timeframe we will notify you by email within that time.

Shipping rates for purchases under $250.00 inc GST is $12.00 per transaction. For purchases of $250.00 and over, shipping is FREE.


Should STORM (Australia) not be able to deliver a product within the specified timeframe (30 working days) the customer may select a same priced item, or choose to receive a refund.

Should STORM deliver an incorrect or defective item, a refund will be provided on return of the item.  The customer should notify STORM of receiving a defective or incorrect item within one week (7 days) of receiving the item.

STORM will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Should the customer order an incorrect item, STORM will not be liable and no refund will be made.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

Users who have opted (subscribed) to receive periodical emails from STORM on specials, news and product updates, may unsubscribe at anytime by contacting STORM.


When purchasing from STORM your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. Credit card details are not stored on the STORM website in any way, and are passed on directly to our Payment Gateway (ANZ eGate) for authorisation and authentication.
